الاستراتيجية الأمنية لمواجهة الفكر المتطرف عبر المواقع الإلكترونية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

Abstract

This study aims at identifying the role of security strategies; the foundations of correct belief and good upbringing in the face of extremist ideology in order to protect the intellectual security of society. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach in order to describe and analyze the role of the security strategy, the foundations of the correct faith and good upbringing in spreading moderation and combating extremist ideology through electronic websites.

The study has arrived at a number of findings, the most important of which are: extremist ideology cannot be confronted by traditional methods, but must be combated through modern technologies, which should be taken seriously. Combating such ideologies begins with addressing its social dimensions, starting with the family as a social incubator, and then the school for its role in providing knowledge, and finally the mosque, which can play a significant role in spreading the values of moderation and modesty. Also, it is important to bridge the gap between different segments of society and moderate thinking scholars, as well as emphatically monitoring religious activities that may sometimes deviate from the values of moderation, whether through mosques or electronic platforms. Finally, there are great efforts carried out by the United Arab Emirates to spread the values of moderation, through the establishment of centers to combat terrorism and extremism and spread moderation, an experiment which is worth disseminating for the wider benefit at the regional and Arab levels.

الملخص العربي

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى دور الاستراتيجيات الأمنية، ومرتكزات العقيدة الصحيحة والتنشئة الصالحة في مواجهة الفكر المتطرف من أجل حماية الأمن الفكري للمجتمع، وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل وصف وتحليل دور الاستراتيجية الأمنية، ومرتكزات العقيدة الصحيحة والتنشئة الصالحة في نشر الوسطية ومكافحة الفكر المتطرف عبر المواقع الإلكترونية.

وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن الفكر المتطرف لا يمكن مواجهته بالطرق التقليدية، بل يجب مواجهته من خلال التقنيات الحديثة وهو أمر يجب وضعه في الحسبان، كما أن معالجته، تبدأ من معالجة أبعاده الاجتماعية، بدءًا من الأسرة كحاضنة اجتماعية ثم المدرسة لدورها في البناء المعرفي، وانتهاء بالمسجد لما له من دور في نشر قيم الوسطية والاعتدال، كما أن ردم الهوة بين شرائح المجتمع المختلفة وبين العلماء أصحاب الفكر الوسطي هو أمر يجب أخذه بعين الاعتبار، مع التأكيد على مراقبة الأنشطة الدينية التي قد تخرج في بعض الأحيان عن قيم الوسطية، سواء من خلال المساجد، أو المنابر الإلكترونية، وإن الجهود الكبيرة التي تبذلها دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في نشر قيم الوسطية والاعتدال– من خلال إنشاء مراكز لمحاربة الإرهاب والتطرف ونشر الوسطية - جديرة بأن يتم تعميمها والاستفادة منها على المستوى الإقليمي والعربي.
