دور الأسرة السعودية كإحدى مؤسسات الضبط الاجتماعي في الحد من الجريمة من وجهة نظر العاملين في الإدارات الشرطية في العاصمة الرياض

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of the Saudi family in reducing crime from the point of view of workers in police departments in the capital, Riyadh. The descriptive analytical approach was used for its suitability to the purposes of the study. The research sample consisted of (352) individuals working in community police, who were selected by simple random method with percent of (0.00071) from the study community, which consists of (500) thousand individuals working in Saudi Public Security. The research relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, the validity and reliability of which were verified.

The results showed that the most used social control methods in the Saudi family from the participants' point of view are values, followed by control and then empowerment. All the social control methods used (values, control, and empowerment) in the Saudi family were of an average level.

The acceptance of Saudi family members of the social control methods used in their families was of an average level. As for the challenges facing the Saudi family to be one of the effective social control institutions to reduce crime, they were of a high level. The results concluded that many of the proposed strategies to improve the performance of the Saudi family in social control to reduce crime.

The study recommended the necessity of limiting the use of technology, raising the level of religious restraint among children, and seeking to solve children's problems in advanced and sound ways with scientific reference

الملخص العربي

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الأسرة السعودية في الحد من الجريمة من وجهة نظر العاملين في الإدارات الشرطية في العاصمة الرياض، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته أغراض الدراسة، كما تكونت عينة البحث من (352) فرداً عاملاً في الشرطة المجتمعية، والذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وبنسبة (0.00071) من مجتمع الدراسة والذي يتكون من (500) ألف فرد عامل في الأمن العام السعودي، واعتمد البحث على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، والتي تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها.

أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر أساليب الضبط الاجتماعي استخداماً لدى الأسرة السعودية من وجهة نظر المشاركين هي القيم، وتلاها الرقابة ثم التمكين، وجاءت جميع أساليب الضبط الاجتماعي المستخدمة (القيم، والرقابة، والتمكين) لدى الأسرة السعودية متوسطة المستوى، وجاء تقبل أفراد الأسرة السعودية لأساليب الضبط الاجتماعي المستخدمة في أسرهم متوسط المستوى، أما التحديات التي تواجه الأسرة السعودية بأن تكون إحدى مؤسسات الضبط الاجتماعي الفاعلة للحد من الجريمة، فقد فجاءت مرتفعة المستوى، وتوصلت النتائج إلى العديد من الاستراتيجيات المقترحة لتحسين أداء الأسرة السعودية في الضبط الاجتماعي للحد من الجريمة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الحد من استخدام وسائل التكنولوجيا، ورفع مستوى الوازع الديني لدى الأبناء، والسعي إلى حل مشكلاتهم بطرق متطورة وسليمة وذات مرجعية علمية
