مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وأثرها على الأمن المجتمعي "دراسة على عينة من مستخدمي موقع فيس بوك في المجتمع الإماراتي"

Abstract

This study aims at identifying the impact of social networking websites on societal security. The study adopts the descriptive analytical approach, whereas the study population consisted of 280 Facebook users in UAE community , intentionally selected to serve the purpose of the study.

The most important results showed that the most basic motives for using social networking websites are to communicate and to keep in touch with family and friends, and to make sure that they are safe and sound. The most important risks involved include the individual’s isolation and introversion and rebellion against societal values, which may eventually lead to weakened family bonds and societal disintegration.

The impact of social networking websites on the security of individuals is represented in the menacing possibility of becoming victim to criminal behaviour. It also leads to reducing individual performance and productivity at work, as a result of addiction to the use of social networking websites, and to lower learning achievement of students.

On societal level, the results also indicated that addiction to social networking websites has direct effect on family security, such as the emergence of unpleasant behaviour patterns and abusive language within the family circle, and cases of rebellion against parental authority leading to disunion among family members.

Its impact on societal security is manifested in its negative effect on individual participation in community activities, leading to increased social disintegration, and derailing positive customs and traditions of the society, as well as introducing alien cultural traits which may lead to the obliteration of authentic societal values.

Based on the above findings, the author has put forward a number of recommendations to offset the negative impact of excessive use of social networking websites.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على الأمن المجتمعي، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مستخدمي موقع الفيس بوك، حيث تم أخذ عينة عشوائية مقدراها 280 شخصا من مستخدمي الفيس بوك في المجتمع الاماراتي، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها: أن الدوافع الأساسية الأكثر لاستخدامات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي هي الاتصال ومتابعة أخبار الأهل والأصدقاء، والتواصل معهم والاطمئنان عنهم، تمثلت أهم المخاطر التي قد تنجم عن استخدامات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في العزلة والانطوائية الفردية، والتمرد على القيم المجتمعية، وتؤدي إلى ضعف الترابط الأسري والتفكك المجتمعي، هناك تأثير لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على أمن الأفراد تمثلت في احتمالية أن يكون الشخص عُرضة لأن يصبح ضحية لسلوك جرمي، كما تؤثر على انخفاض إنتاجية الفرد في العمل نتيجة الإدمان على استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، إضافة إلى تدني مستوى التحصيل عند الطلبة، دلت النتائج بأن هناك بأثير لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على أمن الأسرة بشكل مباشر مثل؛ نشر بعض السلوكيات والألفاظ غير المحببة بين أفراد الأسرة، وظهور حالات من التمرد على قرارات رب الأسرة، ثم زيادة الفجوة بين أفراد الأسرة، أما تأثير مواقع التواصل على أمن الجماعة، فقد بينت أنها تؤثر على المشاركة بالنشاطات المجتمعية، كما أنها تؤدي إلى زيادة التفكك الاجتماعي بين أفراد المجتمع، وتؤثر على العادات والتقاليد الإيجابية في المجتمع، وشيوع الثقافات الغريبة في المجتمع، مما قد يؤدي إلى تدمير القيم المجتمعية الأصيلة.

وبناءً على النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة فقد تم صياغة عدد من التوصيات.
